About TEAM EXPO 2025 & SDGs

KMC is registered as a Co-Creation Partner with the TEAM EXPO 2025 Programme. A co-creation partner is a corporation or organization that creates, supports and promotes co-creation challenges related to SDGS.
This presentation will feature Grace, the KMC & SDGs representative, who will introduce the SDG's that the KMC Executive Committee is focusing on, as well as related activities and events. She will also be presenting an original song that she has written. In addition, special guest Maki Goto a TV personality/writer/interviewer will also be joining.

GRACE is a singer-songwriter who is originally from Japan. She started her musical career in 2010 as a singer, playing keyboard. She has other interests such as fashion modeling and was one of the Miss World Japan 2022 Kyoto finalists.
GRACE has performed several gigs at the legendary music club called The Cavern Club in Liverpool, England in the summer of 2015, 2016 and 2017. Also she has been performing in Tokyo, Osaka, England, U.S.A as well as in many music festivals. She's also made TV appearances on NHK TV programs.
"My father is British-Australian and my mother is Japanese. Through my music activities, I've met people from around the world and I've learned about the cultures of many countries. I want to help and support people, especially, women and children. I would like to convey positive messages to everyone through music."

Encourage and promote effective public, public-private and civil society partnerships, building on the experience and resourcing strategies of partnerships.
KMC has always been about cooperation and partnership, and in an effort to increase the awareness of SDGs, artists and related partners will be encouraged to become more involved to help spread the word through music about these goals for sustainable development.

Ensure women's full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making in political, economic and public life.
To stress the importance of gender equality, KMC will include women in this year's conference with highlighted performances and a seminar.

Provide more opportunities for technical and vocational training to youth and adults, for employment, decent jobs and entrepreneurship.
By partnering with educators and educational facilities, KMC will contribute to this objective by holding seminars about how more youth can develop a career in the music industry.
